摘要
搅拌反应釜,在化工、科研、食品等行业中应用范围广,操作非常简单便捷,安全系数符合要求。它的作用是在为各类反应准备反应发生的空间以及条件,让反应得以顺利进行。
4连续搅拌釜式反应器是我的本次设计课题,釜体、搅拌装置、传动装置、轴封以及其他零件是所有釜式反应器的重要的构成部分,当然也包括我这次设计的连续搅拌釜式反应器。对任务书进行了详细的分析之后,其要求和其结构特点都确定了,再对工作装置初步分析,开始实际确定设计方案,首先需要确定的是该反应釜筒体的尺寸数值,根据筒体的尺寸分析选择所需要的夹套。搅拌装置是设计的第二大部分,根据分析已经确定好的筒体,加上任务书的要求,将搅拌器和搅拌轴进行一个粗略的选择,接着通过计算强度和强度校核,再进一步确定一个最为恰当的装置。传动装置是该反应釜的三大部分之一,分析计算之后确定的电动机与减速机需兼容经济性与动力效果。接着设计反应釜的轴封,比较并选择轴封装置类型,对机械密封的结构、工作原理进行准确的分析。
本次设计表达了搅拌式反应釜的设计过程与工作过程。设计的反应釜在结构上安全可靠,性能良好,对化学反应过程具有很好的保护作用。在经济上,提高了化学反应的效率,从而提高了生产效率,节约生产成本。
