E型旋风除尘器设计
摘要
旋风除尘器是一种利用离心力将粉尘颗粒从粉尘气体中分离出来的装置。自从用于工业生产以来,被广泛用于石油、化工、冶金、矿山、机械等各个行业。本主要诠释了E型旋风除尘器,涵盖有除尘器的整体结构、原理性的概述、关键零部件的强度校核及其选材等等。本次设计以普通旋风除尘器为基础,在指导老师的指导下和自己去图书馆查阅大量有关除尘设备的书籍网页等一步一步完善的。在的完善过程中,我深入了解了许多与化工有关的知识,分析了主要影响除尘效率的因素,结合现代研究方法,根据所学习的相关专业,查阅资料,设计出符合课题所给条件的旋风除尘器。并且借助于于CAD/CAM等相关软件,绘制出除尘器的零件图、装配图。
