蝶形冲压模零件加工工艺设计及数控编程
摘要
伴随着数控技术的飞速发展,数控技术给传统工业带来了质的飞跃,同时,数控技术在各个不同领域不断地扩大地位和发展,与我们的生活越来越近。本文主要是对数控加工中薄壁配合件的加工工艺分析与工艺编程分析,综合专业相关知识,在加工过程中不断优化加工工艺。数控技术也称为计算机技术,包括PRO/E、MASTERCAM、UG、CAD/CAM等技术的应用,本文同时利用UG软件对该零件进行制图和加工模拟,分析其中的繁琐步骤,以便提高零件加工效率。
