阀体的加工工艺及铣67上端面夹具设计 摘要 本设计主要内容包括阀体的加工工艺及铣夹具设计。在设计过程中完成了零件图、毛坯图、夹具装配图和夹具体等所有非标零件图的绘制及说明书的编写。 本次设计的零件—阀体是汽车上重要的零件之一。该零件的作用能够控制流体实现不同方向、不同压力、不同流量的转换。通过对零件图的分析,该零件圆柱孔、螺纹孔比较多,孔与孔之前的公差、位置要求比较高。通过对零件毛坯、生产类型、工艺路线及切削用量的确定。完成阀体全部加工需经过铣削、车削以及钻削加工。 本次铣夹具针对零件图仰视图67上端面设计了一套铣床专用夹具,采用支承板、定位座、定位块来满足定位要求,又通过夹紧装置保证加工过程中不会产生较大误差。其中间过程对夹紧装置进行了受力分析,保证了夹紧的可靠性。 关键词:阀体、加工工艺、铣夹具、仰视图67上端面、定位 ABSTRACT The mai
