簧片的冲压模具设计-落料冲孔复合模
摘要
随着模具制造的技能化逐步向科学化发展,逐渐由以前手动方式发展为利用软件等高科技方式来辅助设计的完成。冷冲模是其中的一种。
冲压工艺与模具设计应结合工厂的设备、人员等实际情况,从零件的质量、生产效率、生产成本、劳动强度、环境的保护以及生产的安全性各个方面综合考虑,选择技术先进、经济合理、使用安全可靠的工艺方案和模具,以使冲压件的生产在保证达到设计图样上的各项技术要求,尽可能降低冲压的工艺成本和保证安全生产。
首先,先对簧片零件进行工艺分析和计算,其中包含工艺分析与设计方案的确定,确定排样,计算冲裁力与选择冲压设备。
其次,进行模具设计和计算,其中主要是模具主要零部件的设计与计算与模具的装配。在进行模具设计时,根据零件的形状并结合手册循序渐进的进行模具设计。这次模具设计是对以前所学知识的一次实践。由于我没有实践经验所以很多东西都要依靠手册。包括数据的选取和工艺性的确定。模具设计包括模具工作零件、定位零件、卸料及推件零件、导向零件和连接固定零件的设计。在设计时使用到AUTOCAD2004,计算机辅助设计软件对于提高设计的速度和质量也很有帮助.这也是当今模具行业发展的方向.
对于本次课程设计,应该要达到以下目的:
综合运用本专业所学的理论与生产实际知识,进行一次冷冲压模设计的实际训练,从而提高我们的独立工作能力。
