摘要
数控技术是指用数字、文字和符号组成的数字指令来实现一台或多台机械设备动作控制的技术。数控一般是通用用或专用计算机实现数字程序控制,因此数控也称为计算机数控。
本文开始主要介绍了数控技术的制造业的社会、行业背景,数控技术人才需求情况,就业方向。接下来主要针对零件展开整个工艺过程及其工艺分析,即从毛坯到所加工零件这一过程中的工艺及其相应的工艺分析,在此基础上,借助CAXA软件进行自动编程,完成该零件的数控加工程序编制,并完成仿真加工,最终后处理出加工程序。
