阶梯轴数控车削工艺设计及加工难点分析编程斯沃仿真含NX三维及CAD图+说明书
摘要 近数控技术是现代制造技术的基础,它的广泛应用使普通机械被数控机械所代替,使全球制造业发生了根本变化。数控技术的水准、拥有和普及程度已经成为衡量一个国家综合国力和工业现代化水平的重要标志之一。 本次设计任务是阶梯轴的工艺设计与程序编制,使用CAD制图软件将零件的二维图形画出来。接着对零件结构、精度、技术要求进行分析。设计加工零件的数控工艺方案,选择毛坯、刀具、机床,以及合理的切削参数等。选择出最佳的加工工艺方案,然后对零件的数控加工程序进行编制,完成本次设计。 关键词:阶梯轴;数控技术;加工工艺;程序编制; Abstract Near
