连杆的钻2-Φ11H7孔夹具设计及机械加工工艺规程工装 摘要 本次夹具设计的主要目的是在确保加工零件质量的基础上,能够见制造成本降到最低,生产的效率大幅度起升,最终,实现利益的最大化。这也是当下国内外加工工艺主要的发展方向。 通过对连杆零件图还有其外形及内部构造的分析,接而对连杆的加工工艺、加工装备,切削用量等等进行确定。该零件是机器的一个重要结构。为机器的正常运转提供强有力的保证,最终使得设备按照预想的方法进行相应的运动。完成连杆零件图还有毛坯图的绘制。 依据指导老师分配的任务,设计钻2-Φ11H7孔钻床专用夹具的设计。专用夹具的设计主要有3部分:定位方案及元件;夹紧方案及元件;夹具体及钻套等设计。经过分析,本次设计的工艺及专用夹具,能够满足生产的需要。 关键词:连杆、工艺、2-Φ11H7孔、钻床、夹具 Abstract The mai
