摘要
本设计是套零件的数控工艺规程制定及编程这个课题,因为他涉及到的知识面非常广阔,基本将我们在大学里所学知识综合运用起来。它突出了数控加工的特点,零件在加工过程中的工艺性特点。从图纸设计,机床的选择,刀具的选择,工艺分析,零件的数控编程,仿真加工结果的全过程,将理论知识和实际操作紧密联系起来。从图样设计开始到零件加工结束,说明零件加工与设计的基本过程。并编制加工工艺卡片,编写出加工程序,最终完成说明书的编写。
