五角形板的数控铣削加工工艺及编程仿真-CAXA制造工程师含三维及CAD图+说明书
摘要 本文开始介绍了数控技术的制造业的社会、行业背景,数控技术人才需求情况,就业方向。接下来主要针五角形板零件数控加工工艺设计,首先根据五角形板零件的图纸及技术要求进行了详细的数控加工工艺分析,分析过后对该零件进行了数控加工工艺设计,拟定了加工方案,选择了加工设备、加工刀具、夹具,确定了装夹方案、切削用量,制定了加工顺序、编制了零件的数控加工工序卡片和刀具卡片等。最后,详细说明了如何运用CAXA自动编程编制该零件的数控程序,在最后使用仿真功能仿真加工零件,确定正确无误后使用后处理功能导出数控加工程序,完成本次设计。 关键词:五角形板;加工工艺;数控;程序 Abstract The begi
