盘零件的数控加工及编程设计
摘要
随着科学技术的进步,现代机械产品日趋精密复杂,改型换代频繁,发展现代数控机床是当前机械制造业技术改造、技术更新的必由之路。数控机床当中数控车床应用比较广泛,该设计内容是对数控铣床简单了解。
本文主要讲述盘零件的加工工艺,通过Master CAM X5画出三维图,对零件图的工艺性分析、加工刀具的选择。然后用?12mm的立铣刀粗铣?160h9外圆及?4mm的立铣刀精铣?160h9外圆,用可调式镗刀分别镗?70H7孔及镗6-?80H7孔,再用?6mm的点钻打螺纹底孔,用?15mm的麻花钻钻底孔,用M16丝锥加工螺纹。最后导出程序。
