自动化传送带结构设计与分析
摘要
以前我们国家工业几乎空白,经过几代人的努力可算是赶上来了。现在我们有完善的工业流程,在制造水平上处国际领先的地位。而且在物流运输上中国也是特别发达。这个让我们的制造业、服务也等多种行业得到更好的发展。所以在输送方面传送带的加入显得尤其的重要。本次做的生产线轻型水平传送带加入了工件转向功能和传送带工件检测功能,使传送机具有一定的自动化功能。这使得小型皮带式输送机在传送工件的时候效率更高。
本次设计的生产线轻型水平传送带由传动滚轮、减速器、电动机、皮带、旋转气缸、真空吸盘等组成。在各部件选型与计算过程中考虑到实际的工作环境和工件种类大小以及以后扩展情况,在性能,效率与成本都能接受的范围选择了合适的部件。电动机选择了功率适合的交流电动机,气缸选择了回转气缸,拉紧部分就采纳手动螺旋拉紧。小型水平皮带式传送机在中小型工厂使用的更加广泛,所以此次设计也更符合普通工厂的需求。
