面向现代仓储物流的新型有轨自动化小车结构优化 摘要 随着经济全球化与工业自动化的发展,仓储物流在现代经济中扮演着越来愈重的角色。仓库的空间利用率、存取货物的快速化成为仓储研究的主要方向。通过高效的仓储活动,可以使企业在物流环节中节约成本,并且提高产值。为了达到这一目的,则需设计出更新型的仓储取货送货小车,研究出更合理的货物排布方式。 有轨自动化小车具有智能化、柔性、自动化等特点,它是应用于现代化立体仓库的自动搬运设备。有轨自动化小车可以使货物在不同货位之间的运送更加灵活、高效。因此包括货架在内的整条输送系统的布局也更加紧凑、简捷,从而使得货物的输送效率得到了大大的提升。 本课题从实际需求出发,并针对现代新型仓储物流的发展现状,开发具有方便存储货物,运行灵活,维护方便的有轨自动化小车。设计并改进优化小车运动(外车)及存取货(内车)机构,通过方案比较分析,实现设计优化,给出设计模型并进行动力学分析。 关键词:存取货机构,结构优化,新型创新,动力学分析 THE structureoptimizatio
