底座涡轮薄板零件数字建模及数控加工工艺设计与UG自动编程仿真含NX三维及CAD图+说明书
摘要 数控技术是技术性极强的工作,尤其在机械加工领域应用最为广泛,所以这要求从业人员具有很高的机械加工工艺知识,数控编程知识和数控操作技能。此次的设计任务是对零件的加工工艺设计与程序编制及加工,利用绘图软件AutoCAD将零件的二维图画出来,然后用UG软件画出三维图形,再接着设计加工方案。方案的关键在于以生成最佳的刀具路径、利用最短的时间内加工出零件,且加工工序最优,加工出来的零件的工艺符合设计图纸的要求。根据这些要求选择最佳的加工工艺方案,填写工艺卡片,工序卡片。用软件编写加工程序,并且进行仿真验证得到加工效果图。 关键词:加工工艺;编程;加工 Abstract Numerical co
