112-369底座零件的钻2-M4螺纹孔夹具设计及加工工艺编制含4张CAD图+说明书
112-369零件机械加工工艺编制及夹具设计 摘要 伴随制造业的飞速发展,夹具的设计及制作也迎来了其发展的春天。夹具是零件加工的夹紧装置,是加工零件的一种必不可少的装置。夹具利用率高,经济性好,对功能组件的使用和数量少。在设计专用夹具时要考虑工件的定位方案,工件的夹紧方案和设计夹紧机构,夹具的其他组成部分,夹具的结构形式等。 本次设计的题目是112-369零件机械加工工艺编制及夹具设计。由于该零件需要大批量生产,所以设计专用夹具,保证零件的加工质量。本次设计针对加工4-M4深10螺纹孔设计了一套钻床夹具。设计之初通过对零件图的分析,完成零件的三维建模、零件图和毛坯图的绘制;对零件的加工工艺过程卡及其工序卡进行了编制,确定了切削用量等等内容,装配图及夹具体零件图等。 本次设计的专用夹具利用率高,经济性好,使用元件的功能强并且数量少,配套费用低,降低了生产成本;采用夹紧装置,缩短停机时间,提高生产效率。通过本次设计在达到教学要求的同时,为以后的学习和工作夯实了基矗 关键词:112-369;大批量;4-M4;钻床夹具 Abstract With the rapid developme
