摘要
本根据数控机床的特点,针对具体的零件,进行了UG建模。首先根据箱壳零件的图纸及技术要求,对该零件进行了详细的数控加工工艺分析,依据分析的结果,对该零件进行了数控加工工艺设计,拟定了加工方案,选择了加工设备、加工刀具、夹具,确定了装夹方案、切削用量,制定了加工顺序、进给路线,编制了零件的数控加工工序卡片和刀具卡片等。最后,综合运用NXUG软件进行自动编程,编制了该零件的数控程序。通过整个工艺的过程的制定,充分体现了数控设备在保证加工精度,加工效率,简化工序等方面的优势。
