脸盆注塑模具设计
摘要
本阐述了脸盆注塑成型的基本原理。另外,根据塑料原件,浇注系统,冷却系统和推出机构进行了设计。设计成型零部件及推出机构和复位机构。并且,对各个零件的选材,热处理,加工工艺等进行了分析与确定。根据塑料件的形状,尺寸,设计合理的注塑模具结构,对塑料件的体积,质量进行计算,来验证注塑机是否满足使用要求。对于模具的高度,尺寸,模具的最大闭合高度,来验证注塑机的各项参数,从而合理的选用注塑机。对于设计过程中,要尽可能的使模具制造成本低,达到既实用又经济。现如今,塑件产品,越来越被广大用户认可,因其良好地性能,使塑料制品走进了生活的各个领域之中。
