冲床自动送料机构设计(180mm)
摘要:在现代工业生产自动化领域里,材料的搬运、机床送料、整体装
配等实现自动化是非常必要的。然而送料是一想重复且十分繁重的工作,为了消除累积误差、提高生产效率,减轻体力劳动,保证生产安全,所以采用自动送料机构是行之有效的方法。
本文首先介绍了机构的选择,接着讲述了自动送料机构原理与分析过程,零部件的设计与选择过程等。最后通过校核、修改等步骤后,表明本设计中的双棍轴齿轮送料机构设计适合设备的生产与需要,并能够实现间歇送料与机械化与自动化,从而大大地提高了生产效率。
