金杯阁瑞斯汽车变速箱设计
摘要
从十八世纪工业革命开始到现在,人类科技可以说是突飞猛进。而汽车作为现今我们最常用的交通代步工具,其发展也是日新月异,新兴的高科技技术层出不穷,而变速器作为汽车传动系统中的一个不可或缺的部分,有很多发展创新的空间。本设计目的旨在于对金杯阁瑞斯型号汽车的变速箱进行设计,设计的结果在理想情况下,能够正常在汽车中使用运行。在对变速器的功能和结构进行介绍的基础上,主要研究其零件工作如何配合,如何完成动力的传输和传动比的改变。
中针对变速器这一装置,在介绍分析了其功能和工作原理的情况下,完成了利用CAD对变速器总体结构的绘制。在总体结构大致正确的情况下,一边拆画其主要零件,一边查阅相关书籍分析设计其主要零件。在校核设计过程中主要参照《机械设计》等相关书籍,然后对设计结果进行逐步校核审定设计结果,最后对整体设计进行确定。
本变速器基于两轴式变速器设计,参照其他汽车变速器设计方案最终完成了本汽车的中间轴式五档变速器。虽然在诸多方面的设计比较片面不严谨,但是基本适用于工作要求。
