皮革冲裁机的设计含CAD装配图+说明书
摘要 冲压裁切机是为了提高工作效率而进行设计的专用机床,该机械主要用于皮革的切削。 通过分析皮革下料机的设计要求和设计原理,确定了总体方案,完成了传动零件的选定,设计非标准件和机床总体结构。为实现下料机的预期功能,对其传动系统进行了设计。拟定了传动方案,分配了各级传动比,完成了动力和运动参数设计,以及结构设计,并进行有关的计算和校核等。根据下料机切削皮革的要求,选用曲柄滑块机构来控制工作行程,对曲柄滑块机构的运动进行了分析。所设计的龙门皮革下料机的工作效率高,能够准确的运动,传动平稳可靠,使用安全,易于维修,满足了下料分切干燥要求,工作行程便于调整,能保证所需皮革样式准确的切除。 关键词:冲压裁切;总体机构;传动系统 Abstract Pu
