40T刮板输送机减速箱体加工工艺设计及立式钻孔组合机床夹具设计
摘要
本次设计主体是刮板输送机减速器的下箱体,对刮板输送机减速器的箱体零件进行分析,制定箱体的加工工艺过程。主要加工四根轴的轴承孔、铣端面及钻螺纹孔、箱盖和箱座连接的螺栓孔、销孔等。选择丁字镗组合机床的配置形式,绘制组合机床的三图,包括被加工零件工序图、加工示意图、机床尺寸联系图,并对组合机床的夹具进行设计。
零件的工艺编制,在机械加工中占有非常重要的地位,零件工艺编制得合不合理,这直接关系到零件最终能否达到质量要求;夹具的设计也是不可缺少的一部分,它关系到能否提高其加工效率的问题。因此这两者在机械加工行业中是至关重要的环节。本次设计是在学完机械制图、、机械制造技术基储机械制造装备等专业课后,掌握了一定的专业知识。把所学的理论知识综合地运用在实际工艺、夹具设计中。
在设计加工孔8-14的专用夹具时,以箱体底面为基准,通过“C”形钳将箱盖和箱座联结,并以定位销将其定位。为了缩短辅助时间,采用了可换钻套,钻模板左端采用一铰链使其翻转,右端也用铰链和一开口垫圈,用螺母进行联结。这样能很快将箱体放入夹具体上,减轻工人劳动强度,大大提高生产率,提高效益。
