食品真空包装机设计
摘要
目前,我国的食品包装企业大部分规模偏小,“小而全”是其主要特征之一,同时存在着不顾行业发展要求,重复生产那些成本低、工艺水平比较落后、易于制造的机械产品,行业内目前大约有1/4的企业存在低水平重复生产现象。这是对资源的极大浪费,造成包装机械市场的混乱,阻碍行业的发展。本设计主要从提高生产效率入手,设计一台食品真空包装机。
本次食品真空包装机采用枕式包装结构,主要有以下几个主要部件组成,分别是食品输送装置,包装薄膜输送装置,纵封机构,横封机构和切刀部分,真空负压部分,本设计的创新点在于把横封机构和切刀机构组合,在切断的情况下同时进行横封,大大简化了目前传统包装机的传动结构。最后本文利用SOLIDWORKS软件对整个包装机进行三维建模,并生产二维工程图。
