马铃薯去皮机设计
摘要
在很多蔬菜和水果的加工中,都需要进行去皮处理,从而除去不需要的部分来改善食用和外观。为了降低成本和避免浪费,去皮要求尽量减少可食用部分的丢失。这里,介绍摩擦去皮方法:将果蔬放在旋转圆筒内,在圆筒内壁(焊接金刚砂)的摩擦作用下,将表皮除去,同时用水冲洗。在电动机带动下,通过齿轮和传动轴带动圆盘旋转,圆盘表面有凸起部分,当马铃薯落入圆盘时,产生上下翻滚同时在离心力作用下与圆筒内壁摩擦作用,圆筒内壁焊接有金刚砂棒,保证去除马铃薯的表皮,而圆盘结构使得马铃薯上下翻滚从而表面与圆筒充分接触,大大减小了去皮的死角。启动装置的同时用喷着从圆筒上方喷入清水,及时将皮屑冲洗并顺着清洗槽排除,保证装置的正常运行,提高去皮的效率。同时这种方法的优点是室温下进行,耗能低,成本低廉,造成浪费少。
