930KW电牵引采煤机牵引部设计 摘要 930KW采煤机是一种大功率无链电牵引采煤机,该采煤机适用于缓倾斜的中硬煤层,它与刮板输送机液压支架等配套使用,该采煤机的机械传动采用直齿传动系统,在能够承受足够载荷的情况下,节约成本,降低维护的难度。 本次设计中主要是针对采煤机牵引部的设计,采煤机的牵引部主要是由牵引机构和牵引部传动装置组成,其中传动装置中的减速箱是由两级直齿轮减速以及两级行星齿轮减速组成,其主要作用是将电动机输出的转速降低从而使扭矩增大,最后驱动行走部带动采煤机沿着工作面前进。设计任务主要有首先初步确定方案,确定了方案之后查阅各种资料对牵引部的传动系统进行设计,对减速箱的齿轮、轴、轴承、花键等零部件的选型和校核等,在设计过程中应该正确的利用设计手册,实事求是的计算,确保计算中数字的准确性,培养我们独立思考认真解决问题的能力,以此来达到此次设计的目的。 关键词:采煤机:牵引部:减速箱:齿轮:行星轮 930KW electric tractio
