某产品上盖注塑模具设计
摘要
本文主要介绍了对塑料模具的发展,塑料模具设计原则,塑料模具生产实践流程的概括,并且以某产品上盖塑料件为例,详细介绍了产品上盖塑料模具的设计生产流程,其中包括对塑料件工艺性能的分析,模具设计中所设计的计算校核,模具设计中各零件的配合精度,包括了型芯型腔的设计、浇注系统设计、分型面的选择、侧抽芯机构的设计、推出复位机构设计、冷却水道的设计等。且通过CAD与UG完成上盖产品注塑模的图纸设计要求。
