CAD与CAM技术在数控加工中的应用
--典型汽车零部件的CAM编程(汽车变速器下箱体)
摘要
CAD/CAM技术作为提高企业设计效率、减轻技术人员的劳动强度,优化设计方案的强有力手段,已经成为现代制造系统中的关键技术,它的应用和发展直接影响着现代制造系统的最终功能及实现。对于典型汽车零部件这样的复杂机械零件的加工来说,传统的手工编制程序的方法已不能满足企业生产的要求。CAD/CAM技术的实现将加快企业生成产自动化的步伐,提高企业的经济效益和社会效益。
本文研究汽车手动变速器下箱体的数控加工。实现汽车手动变速器下箱体的数控加工,关键是进行数控编程,而数控编程的关键是对箱体进行数控加工工艺分析。因此,本文在创建CAM加工操作之前,对箱体的数控加工工艺性进行了全面分析。在对箱体进行数控加工工艺分析之前,有必要先对其工作环境和工作原理进行了解,以便弄清楚箱体中哪些是重要表面,哪些是重要尺寸,哪些是主要基准等主要内容。
