摘要
随着人们的生活质量不断提高,越来越多的人喜欢上了户外活动,在野外进行各种各样的运动。目前,很多公司、单位都组织大家参与这种活动,不仅可以锻炼大家的协同工作能力,同时还可以增添大家的生活乐趣,从而缓解大家在工作过程中的巨大压力。进而户外活动必不可少的需要户外用品,如餐盒、雨散帐篷、背包、衣服、登山工具、安全帽、手套、便携式衣架、保温杯、安全医药盒,小型便携式烧烤架、便携式折叠床等多种用品,在进行这些活时,折叠床是重要的一项。出去在郊外旅游时,走的累了需要休息的时猴,在不同的地方只能随地而坐,如果外出带着折叠床,就完全可以满足本人不同草地不同地点打开休息,它可以很轻松的打开,很快就能让人躺在上面床上面,舒服自然很快布满全身,微风吹过,让你感受大自然的气息,使你的身体得到全面放松,休息完,走时各部件都可以折叠起来,用包装袋包好,可以方便的放到任何一个角落里,是居家年轻人和长辈外出旅游必须携带的户外休闲产品。本文通过对折叠床的结构进行设计分析,使用三维软件SW建立出该结构的三维结构模型,首先在该软件的零件建模模块中建立该设备的关键零部件的三维图,然后使用该软件的零部件装配模块进行零部件的装配,得到整个折叠床的三维结构模型。为了对设计出的折叠床零部件结构强度进行校核,通过对该结构的受力情况进行分析,可以计算出该结构的受力情况,经过计算后得到折叠床的应力大小,并与不锈钢的材料应力进行比较,可知它的应力计算结果小于材料的许用应力,满足设计要求。
