吸尘器外壳注塑模具设计-塑料注射模含NX三维及9张CAD图+说明书
摘要 塑料在工业快速发展,提出了质量好,加工精度高,开发周期短等注塑模具的设计和生产的要求越来越高,能够适应这种需求已成为模具制造企业发展的关键因素。 本次设计的是吸尘器外壳的注塑模具。吸尘器外壳属于日常生活用品,所用材料是当前应用较为广泛的材料ABS。在设计中,分析塑件的工艺性。模具结构可采用一模一腔,潜伏式浇口进料,注射机采用HTF360X2A型号,设置冷却系统。包括零部件设计成型,浇注系统设计,脱模机构的设计等。并且着重介绍了注射加工方法、模具的结构。设计出一套塑料注塑模具,并对模具以及主要零件进行了图纸绘图。 此次设计的过程中查阅了大量的模具设计资料,通过吸尘器外壳塑料模具的设计与应用,实现了吸尘器外壳制作工艺上的突破,同原有的设计方法相比,模具的应用不但提高了生产效率而且提升了产品的质量,模具整体设计的思路和要求符合现代设计潮流和未来的发展方向 关键词:吸尘器外壳;注塑模具;潜伏式浇口;注射机;浇注系统 Abstract With the rapid developme
