摘要
机械加工工艺规程是指导车间生产的主要技术文件、生产准备和管理准备的重要资料、新建或扩建工厂和车间的基本依据、还便于交流与推广先进经验。正确的工艺规程可以稳定地保证产品的质量和获得较高的生产率经济效益、能使生产均衡顺利的进行。
本文给出的零件是齿轮传动轴,齿轮传动轴是典型轴类零件。为齿轮传递运动和动力。通过对零件图纸的分析,培养自己树立正确的对产品的加工能力,也可使自己进一步加深对所学理论的认识,学会运用所学知识去分析和解决一些实际问题。
本次对齿轮传动轴的加工工艺规程进行详细的设计。制定机械加工工艺路线,详细计算了加工余量、切削用量、尺寸公差,确定工序序加工余量、加工工时、机械加工三要素等,选择其加工设备。通过本设计掌握零件的加工过程分析、工艺卡片的编制和步骤。
