新型半挂汽车列车车架有限元分析
摘要
本文首先简要介绍了半挂汽车列车车架结构及设计,车架结构主要有边梁、横梁和纵梁组成,在其中主要分析了车架结构的特点包括车架材料的性能、车架设计方案、布置说明。另外,在对车架的结构进行设计中,主要对车架结构总体布置和纵梁进行设计,也对车架的主要零、部进行了设计。其次重点介绍了车架结构分析的有限元法的基本理论以及有限元分析软件——ANSYS的相关知识,建立了新型半挂汽车列车车架的有限元计算模型,此次建模采用体单元solid—10
node 92单元类型,并考虑了材料的弹性模量、密度和泊松比,然后采用单元边长为100 mm为划分单元对模型进行划分网格,其中共划分了207061个单元,99865个节点;接着对前轮轴梁架中间面进行Y方向约束,对后轮轴量架中间面进行全约束,约束完后主要对车架纵梁平台节点上进行加载;最后利用有限元软件——ANSYS进行强度分析、应力分析和变形分析,并通过分析结构得出强度和刚度满足要求,而此对汽车车架结构设计以及载重研究具有一定的理论意义和实用价值! 关键词:半挂汽车列车车架ANSYS软件有限元静态分析 Abstract This article first briefly i
