基于CADCAM的DVD外壳面板注塑模具设计-注射模含proe三维及11张CAD图+说明书
摘要 在人们的日常生活中,塑料产品的应用随处可见,大到我们家用的冰箱,洗衣机,小到家庭用筷子和碗。都有塑料模具的影子。本以DVD外壳面板为原型进行塑料模具的设计,包括其材料成型工艺的分析,分型面的选择,浇筑系统的设计,以及最后的注塑机的校核计算和注射量的计算等等,本文采用自上而下的模具设计方法,通过理论联系实际的工作方法,设计出合理的DVD外壳面板注塑模具。 本文设计的内容就是DVD外壳面板注塑模具,材料为ABS,根据其结构形状特点以及通过对DVD外壳面板成型工艺的正确分析,同时本文对注塑模具进行简要介绍,对注塑模具中的主要零件进行设计计算,在设计过程中着重考虑其生产实际中的经济性和合理性。 关键词:塑料模具,注射成型,分型面 Abstract Plastic moldi
