微型货车钢板弹簧的结构设计与校核
摘要:中首先介绍了钢板弹簧的发展历程并且对其未来的发展趋势作出分析;然后分析了钢板弹簧对汽车造成的影响有哪些,比如平顺性和操作稳定性等方面;接着根据钢板弹簧各个结构的优缺点和具体车型的使用用途,对各主要零部件进行结构上的选型和计算;
因为钢板弹簧相较于其它的弹簧有结构简单,维修方便等优点所以在载货汽车上有普遍的应用。同时它的缺点是也使得它无法应用在独立悬架的汽车上,明显的缺点有钢板弹簧悬架具有较大的重量,较为长的纵向尺寸,同时有较强的刚度,使得舒适性相对来说也是较差,并且钢板弹簧悬架在与车架进行连接的部位也容易在使用中产生磨损。
在这次的设计中我们着重对微型货车的钢板弹簧进行结构设计,通过计算并绘制出图纸。
