摘要
学习机械加工和制造业是一个基础学科,机械专业在实践更为广泛。
这个设计是尾座体零件制造过程设计、和特殊零件的夹具设计。本文详细介绍了机械和过程产品的整个过程,并针对一些坡度洞钻斜孔专用夹具的设计。
并选择部分的形状进行数控加工过程分析的形状,采用数控加工一种数控编程软件的选择提高轮廓铣削,熟悉这个软件的使用,最后出口手续。
工艺设计,根据现有的条件在传统的机械加工、工艺规划制定需要根据零件的结构特点和加工性能需求,然后根据传统的实际加工方法进行制造和加工,用来更好的提高产品的质量和产品的技术性能,保证零件,但也体现了产品的零件加工特征。此外,在专用夹具的设计,采用整体混合型的连接类型,相比于传统的焊接,尽管多花一点点钱,但更加有利于更换后夹具,提高材料的利用率。
