中间输出机械齿轮齿条式转向器设计
摘要
本设计主要设计一种新型的中间输出机械齿轮齿条式转向器。首先分析齿轮齿条式转向器在实际工作中受各种因素的影响,分析其工作环境,同时对转向系的空间位置及结构特点进行适当的分析,最终确定转向梯形的型式,然后简单地概述转向传动的机构。最后确定转向器的结构和布置形式,分析了转向器的啮合传动的特点和传动效率,对转向器的零部件尺寸进行计算。根据对转向器进行设计,并对齿轮齿条的齿面接触强度和齿根弯曲强度进行校核,同时利用Solidworks2013与AUTOCAD2015软件绘制装配图和零件图。算出转向器的各零部件的大小尺寸,对整个转向器的结构进行有限元受力分析,找出不合理的结构部位并加以改进。
