农用榨油机的设计
摘要
整机结构主要由电动机、机架、传动带、齿轮、螺旋棒构成。由电动机产生动力通过带轮减速将需要的动力传递到带轮上,带轮带动V带,从而带动整机装置运动
本研究内容摘要:
(1)农用榨油机总体结构设计。
(2)农用榨油机工作性能分析。
(3)电动机的选择。
(4)对农用榨油机的传动系统、执行部件及机架设计。
(5)对榨螺榨笼的设计等。其中榨螺和榨笼是榨油机的主要工作部件。榨螺部分主要由榨螺轴和榨螺,调节螺栓等组成。榨螺的设计应该满足榨螺间的装配要求。进行设计计算分析和校核。
(6)运用计算机辅助设计,对设计的零件进行三维建模。
(7)绘制整机装配图及重要部件装配图和设计零件的零件图。
