摘要
胎具是制造业的重要工艺基矗本课题以卷边胎具的设计为主题,不仅可以为胎具设计做出系统研究,同时可以培养学生综合应用机械原理、机械设计等知识解决实际问题的能力、创新设计能力和工程实践能力。
本文首先,通过对冲压技术及卷边胎具现状进行全方位调研,在此基础上提出了简易卷边胎具总体方案;然后,对简易卷边胎具传动部分、模具部分等各主要构成件的尺寸进行设计与校核;最后,通过AutoCAD制图软件绘制了简易卷边胎具装配图、主要零件图。
通过本次设计,巩固了大学所学专业知识,如:机械原理、机械设计、材料力学、公差与互换性理论、机械制图等;掌握了起重机械产品的设计方法并能够熟练使用AutoCAD制图软件,对今后的工作于生活具有极大意义。
