摘要
社会的发展推动了工业及相关技术的成熟,并且其在此基础上还形成了体系化的产业。由此,汽车成为了人们出行的主要工具。在汽车的零部件中,车用波纹管就是其中之一。该零件位于汽车发动机的排气管内,具有控声降噪的作用。同时亦可延缓发动机的损耗,使得汽车的使用寿命增长。车用波纹管的具体结构为:一个双层的波纹管,外部由钢丝网包覆,两端为外卡环固定。在工作中,由于波纹管处于高温、高压的高强度的环境中,因此就会出现变形,进而减少其使用性能及使用寿命,因此研究影响其疲劳寿命,就成为了一个重要的工业课题。
研究引起波纹管疲劳的因素与影响,则首先就要获得其使用前后的疲劳值,才能进行下一步的分析研究。本文根据波纹管的实际工作特点,设计了一套疲劳试验机,并对本次研制的试验装备进行试验验证,保证试验装备的运行稳定可靠和测量结果的精确。
