摘要
目前,我国林果业发展迅速,农机补贴政策强烈倾向于果园机械,这为果园机械的研发提供了良好的发展机遇。近年来,受缺水等因素影响,我国林果种植面积迅速扩大,合理施肥是保证果园产量高、稳、优质的重要措施。
果园施肥机械化是指果园的开沟、施肥、覆土等作业过程。果园施肥机的研发应该是多功能的,具有切碎(可调深度)、可调精准施肥、覆土、镇压等多种功能。
通过调研,本文提出开发一种开沟、施肥、覆土功能于一体的果园有机肥深施作业机,通过对其动力方案的确定,拟定总体的结构方案,然后对其传动系统进行设计与校核,然后对开沟、镇压、覆土等关键零部件进行设计,最终通过Solidworks对其绘制三维模型,从而促进果园种植业快速发展。

ng soil; Solidworks 第1章绪论 1.1引言 水果与果园养殖的质量密不可分,据统计2017年全国水果总产量约为2.52亿吨,占全球总产量的31.40%,继续维持全球第一大水果生产国的地位,截至2018年全国总产量约2.61亿吨,同比增长3.4%。 近年来,我国越来越重视农业的生产,随着科技的不断进步,农业机械不断走进农民们的视野,在进行耕作的时候,果园管理机能够灵活作业于果园、大棚等作业空间较小的区域,果园管理机十分智能化,功能也呈现多样化,在进行施肥作业时效率很高。 目前我国果园生产中用到的农业机械有:旋耕整地机械、开沟机、浇灌设备、水肥一体化装备、植保机械、采收机、剪枝机、除草机、施肥机等。虽然机具类型较多,但是由于水果品种繁多,能实现全程机械化作业的果园集成装
