摘要
箱体型的龄件它是我们很多种齢件中的一种非常典型的加工齢件,它所具有的加工的工艺的规程和工装的设计很有典型,所以在本次的设计的内容涉及是一个箱体的工艺的设计。这次所涉及的内容是我们蜗轮减速箱体的制造的工艺以及工装夹具的设计。
根据所掌握的蜗轮箱体的零件图再来分析它的加工的精度、表面粗的糙度、技术的要求、再来量一下蜗轮箱体的加工的基准,所以涉及出的蜗轮箱体的工艺路线;然后对蜗轮箱体的每一个这次对蜗轮箱体的零件要设计两套专用夹具。这个专用的夹具为铣底面和镗孔的的结构合理性和不足的地方,并且在以后的设计中注意修改。

ng fixture 引言 1.1课题的提出 近年来,随着机械制造业的大速发展,加工中用的机床加工的技术也在不断发展,各种机床的应用也是越来越广,其中机床加工的各种零件的要求也随之要求越来越高。在机床的减速装置中中,其中比较重要的零件为蜗轮减速箱体,蜗轮减速箱体的零件的改进也随着机床的改进而改进。还包括机床中的进给装置的影响。本次设计针对其机床中减速装置的蜗轮减速的专用夹具是保证蜗轮箱体的加工质量的有效措施。 第2章零件工艺流程设计2.1零件工艺的分析 从蜗轮箱体零件图得到: (1)左右的端面是主要的加工面。这一组的加工包含:左端面丶右端面的铣削的加工,左边内部侧面的φ 124的端面。
