摘要
湿式双离合自动变速器(DCT)是近几年发展起来的性能优越的变速器,在国内外很多中高端汽车上都得到了使用,并且表现优异,得到了大多消费者的认可和赞赏。其主要解决了传动变速器燃油经济性差、结构复杂、换挡动力中断的问题,提升了汽车驾驶的动力性和舒适性。本次以湿式双离合5档自动变速器为对象,对其进行结构布置的设计和相应零部件的设计计算和校核。
湿式双离合5档自动变速器在市场上很少见,大多采用的是6档或者7档的双离合自动变速器,本次结构6档DCT和7档DCT的结构布置形式,经过分析和思考,确定了本次5档DCT的结构布置方案。然后进行了主要参数的设计计算,确定了各档位初始传动比、初始中心距、大致外形尺寸和各档位齿轮参数;接着对齿轮进行和强度校核,包括接触应力和弯曲应力计算和校核;然后对轴和轴承也进行了相应的设计计算和校核;最后设计了本次同步器的结构形式,完成了本次湿式双离合5档自动变速器的设计,绘制了cad总图和主要零件图。
本次设计的思路和方法步骤在双离合变速器的设计中具有很强代表性,希望对读者有所帮助。
