机器人多功能任务结构模块设计
摘要
使用三维建模软件通过测绘以及相关专业知识结合,能够实现在三维建模软件上零件的显示,通过制图功能,完成相关零件图和装配图图纸的绘制。使其能够更为便捷的生产,加快研发速度与效率。随着机器人的使用范围越来越广泛,通过软件控制实现机器人相关操作是未来机器人发展的重要方向。所以在很多大学实验室内通过机器人配合机器人多功能任务模块结合实现机器人的运动作业。本文以常见的机器人执行任务模块为了,通过三维建模完成机器人多功能任务模块的三维建模。该木块主要包含:抽屉模块、打磨机、立架组件、料托、输送机以及显示器模块。本文通过采用Solid Works软件根据实物产品的情况,完成各个组件之间的三维建模,并且通过软件装配功能完成多功能任务模块的装配,并且通过螺栓实现位置的固定。在此过程之中,完成其电机的选型、设计,完成本文的全部内容。
