摘要 轴向柱塞泵(英文名:Pisto
n pump)在机械行业中运用是相当广泛的,特别是履带行走的机械,如履带式修路机、柏油铺路机、甘蔗收割机、番茄收割机等,都广泛用到这类泵体.特别是这些年来,数控加工得到广泛应用,机械加工工艺得到全面提升,加工成本也得到降低,液压行走系统也越来越被一些机械设计人员所接受和选择,抛弃了传统的机械传递,改为了结构简单,重量轻,设计成本相对较低的液压系统.即提高了其机具的档次.也增加了产品的竞争力. 该类泵其原理是依靠柱塞在缸体中往复运动,使密封工作容腔的容积发生变化来实现吸油、压油,从而将机械能转化成液压能,将带有一定压力和流速的液压油传递给液压元件使其做功.轴向柱塞泵具有额定压力高、结构紧凑、效率高和流量调节方便等优点.其中SCY型轴向柱塞泵是可以手动调节输出流量的柱塞泵,其原理为转动手轮使变量活塞上下移动,带动变量头倾斜角变化,改变柱塞行程长短,达到变量的目的。 本设计对10SCY14-1B手动变量轴向柱塞泵对轴向柱塞泵进行了资料的收集和分析,主要分析了该类柱塞泵的结构组成,工作原理,例如,柱塞的结构型式﹑滑靴结构型式﹑配油盘结构型式等进行了分析和设计,还包括这些结构受力情况分析与计算.对缸体的材料选用以及校核,最后对变量机构分类型式也进行了详细的分析,比较了它们的优点和缺点.该设计最后对轴向柱塞泵的优缺点进行了整体的分析,对液压今后对我国军事工业,农业机械等行业产生的深远影响进行分析. 关键词:柱塞泵,液压系统,履带式行走,结构型式,今后发展 Abstract Axial pisto
