T611镗床主轴箱传动系统设计
摘要:目前,在机械加工工业中,机械产品大批量生产中,组合机床已得到广泛运用。一些复杂的壳体类零件,加工工艺复杂、定位夹紧困难的工件,要提高其加工精度、生产效率,单凭普通机床是很难办到的,而在用普通机床加工复杂工件的过程中,对操作者的技术也提了较高的要求,这就迫切的要求生产一定数量的组合机床。这样,不但可以提高零件的加工精度和生产率,而且成本低、生产周期断,适合我国的经济水平、教育水平和生产水平。更能够在激烈的竞争中为企业获得更多利润、提高企业核心竞争力。T611镗床是一种主要用镗刀在工件上加工孔的机床。通常用于加工尺寸较大、精度要求较高的孔,特别是分布在不同表面上、孔距和位置精度要求较高的孔,如各种箱体、汽镗发动机缸体等零件上的孔。卧式镗床的主轴水平布置并可轴向进给,主轴箱沿前立柱导轨垂向运动,工作台可纵向或横向运动,可钻、扩、铰、和镗孔及镗削内、外螺纹、攻螺纹、镗外圆柱面、端面及用端面铣刀、圆柱铣刀铣平面等。
