摘要
汽车举升机是指汽车维修行业用于汽车举升的汽保设备。举升机在汽车维修养护中发挥着至关重要的作用,无论整车大修,还是小修保养,都离不开它,其产品性质、质量好坏直接影响维修人员的人身安全。
本次本是对剪式汽车举升机进行设计,首先确定了该剪式汽车举升机结构的结构;接着调查汽车尺寸建立汽车模型以确定举升机的整体结构尺寸;其次建立了举升机构的力学模型并对举升机构不同位置状态进行了受力分析及校核杆件、销轴、螺栓的强度是否满足要求;然后对该剪式汽车举升机的液压系统及电气控制系统进行了设计;最后采用AutoCAD软件绘制了该剪式汽车举升机的装配图及主要零部件图。
本次设计中所采用的研究思路与方法对今后各类剪式举升机的设计及改进均有较好的指导意义。
