CK6140数控车床自动排屑装置设计 摘要 随着信息化时代的进步，数控机床的应用越发普遍。而数控机床在加工工件中产生的切屑与切削液的处理就成为了需要解决的问题。自动排屑装置的设计就是为了：更好的分离切屑与切削液。从而更好的实现自动化流水作业，降低人力的消耗。 本设计是对CK6140数控车床自动排屑装置进行设计计算。本设计的主要内容有：根据CK6140数控车床产生切屑的情况对自动排屑装置的整体方案进行设计，确定了CK6140数控车床自动排屑装置的整体装置是由运送切屑的输送装置，分离装置和传动装置组成；其中输送装置包括了链传动的设计计算，分离装置包括了刮板链与磁性材料的设计计算，而传动装置中含有电机的选择，带传动的设计计算与减速器的设计计算。并对关键的零部件进行强度校核，例如链轮轴与轴承的强度校核，减速器中齿轮与齿轮轴的强度校核。对装置的输送装置的箱体与减速器箱体进行了设计计算。 本装置是将刮板式与磁式的排屑机进行融合设计，从而更好地加强处理不同切屑的能力，相较于以前的机器类型有更高的效率。 关键字：数控车床；自动排屑装置；刮板；磁式 英文摘要 CK6140 CNC lathe automatic chip removal device desig
