椰子去皮机的设计 摘要 椰子是植物中最大的果实之一，它的果肉、汁液、椰壳纤维等均可以被利用。椰子果肉可以食用或药用，椰子汁液清甜解渴，椰壳纤维可以被加工制作成地毯、绳索等一系列产物，具有巨大的经济利用价值。故而由于椰子价值高，需求量大，它的去皮工作就成为了椰子加工中一道重要的加工工序。 本次设计就椰子的去皮设计了一种椰子去皮机，主要对椰子的椰衣进行去除。重点设计椰子去皮的齿辊机构，在去皮过程中通过一对相向转动的齿辊带动椰子转动，齿辊上的齿钉刺破椰子椰衣，椰衣掉落从而实现去皮的目的。针对人工压料效率低危险性高的问题，在椰子去皮机上增加了压框装置，采用一个半圆柱形的钢制框焊接在机架上，使得椰子在去皮过程中不会抛出，而且能充分被刺破。该椰子去皮机效率高、危险性低，可以广泛适用于椰子去皮。 关键词：椰子；椰子去皮；去皮；齿辊 中文摘要 英文摘要 Desig
