干花生去壳机的设计
摘要
花生去壳机是将花生荚果去掉外壳而得到花生仁的场上作业机械。由于花生本身的生理特点决定了花生去壳不能与花生的田间收获一起进行联合作业,而只能在花生荚果的含水率降到一定程度后才能进行去壳。随着花生种植业的不断发展,花生手工去壳已无法满足高效生产的要求,实行去壳机械化迫在眉睫。本次设计的题目是干花生去壳机的设计,传统的实现花生去壳的方法都是依靠人工的方式,这样工作效率低下,质量得不到保证,而本课题所设计的干花生去壳机,能够实现花生的自动去壳,在人工去壳的基础上面大大地提高了生产效率,降低了劳动成本,特别与发达国家的花生去壳设备相比,还是有一定的差距,因此新型干花生去壳机的设计具有重要意义。
