本课题是橡胶成形件自动修剪机夹具及传动部分的设计,包括机械手的设计,自动上料、下料机构设计,自动切削部分设计。在夹具部分设计中,分析了两种方案,一种是采用机械夹紧方法,另一种是采用气体负压夹紧。考虑多种因素采用了气体负压夹紧。夹具设计合理,精度合适。在传动部分,传动方式采用了带传动,方案结构简单,成本低。在机械手的设计过程中分析到机械手末端两种方式,采用了一个气爪一个电磁铁的方案。在传感器的设计部分中,采用了光电传感器和电磁式传感器。本课题设计的夹具及传动部分,方案合理,结构紧凑。完成了自动修剪机夹具及传动部分设计指标要求。设计的机器能够完成切削范围:20—50,切削效率:15-20个/分钟。这种橡胶成形件自动修剪机的大量生产,能够提高加工效率,增加利润。
