牧草联合收割作业已经非常普及,但收割过后牧草散落草地,导致因季节性牧草过剩而得不到合理利用被废弃,不仅浪费了牧草资源,造成经济损失,同时也污染了草地和环境,人工收集则费时费力。使用牧草打捆机可将农作物收割过后的牧草直接打成捆进行收集,方便人们运输和储存,减轻农民体力劳动。本文总结已有打捆机的成熟经验,吸收国外打捆机的先进技术,设计符合生产需求的牧草打捆机,对机器的设计原理和工作过程进行分析,对相关参数进行论证设计。本文在前人研究的基础上,运用现代设计方法进行了这方面的探讨。
