3T龙门皮革下料机总体设计及传动系统设计 摘要:本课题来源于企业中,主要完成龙门皮革下料机的总体设计和传动系统的设计。设备的最大分切力为3T,最高频次为30次/mi
n,工作台尺寸为(L*W)1200*800mm。龙门皮革下料机主要适用于各种皮革、塑料、橡胶等行压成型,以机械代替手工开裁坯料之用。该设备要求冲裁速度快、压力大,位移精度高,生产效率高、噪音低,操作方便,性能可靠等特点。该设备主要通过带传动及二级齿轮传动带动曲柄滑块机构运动,通过曲柄滑块机构将旋转运动转变为直线运动,使上工作台作往复上下直线运动。驱动元件采用三相异步交流电动机。在设计中利用带传动和斜齿轮传动,提高传动的平稳性。另外配有蜗轮蜗杆机构,其主要是起调节上压盖的行程的作用。在满足设计要求的前提下降低了成本,且满足下料分切干燥要求,工作行程调整方便,适合大批量生产。 关键词:龙门;下料机;总体设计;传动系统设计 The Desig
